Who we are
[ATTORNEY: name of the company responsible for this data, and contact details]
What we collect
[ATTORNEY-APPROVED WORDING: what information is collected]
- Homeowner form: name, phone, address, optional email, the six roof answers, the page address and ad tags, the visitor's internet address, and the consent wording shown with the time it was ticked.
- Contractor application: city/state, how soon, business status, capital answer, name, email, phone, consent wording and time, internet address.
- A satellite roof estimate for the address (from Google), kept 30 days.
How we use it
[ATTORNEY-APPROVED WORDING: purposes]
- Roof Reform's callers phone the homeowner to ask qualifying questions, then pass qualified homeowners to one roofing company (the client whose form it was).
- That company may call, text and email the homeowner; automatic texts and emails go only to homeowners who ticked the consent box.
Texts and calls
[ATTORNEY-APPROVED CONSENT WORDING: texting consent, message frequency, STOP and HELP, carrier rates]
- Replying STOP ends texts from that company; the CRM honours it automatically.
Who we share it with
[ATTORNEY-APPROVED WORDING: sharing]
- Service providers the CRM uses: Dialpad (calls and texts), Resend (email), Google (roof estimates and calendar), Cloudflare (bot check, when switched on), the hosting provider.
